Common projects often carried out include: calipers, micrometers, tape measures, angle rulers, dial gauges, image measuring machines, surface plates, coordinate measuring machines, length measuring machines, etc.

Measurement and calibration of the geometric dimensions of rulers and measuring instruments

Measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, angle rulers, dial gauges) are widely used in production. Our company is equipped with gauge blocks, angle blocks, and various gauge testers, meeting the measurement and calibration needs of different customers.

Measurement and calibration of thread gauges

Thread gauges are widely used in mechanical processing. Our company is equipped with high-precision optical length measuring machines, and the technical team of the precision measurement group in the length measurement laboratory is continuously developing. Currently, we can inspect thread gauges from China, the US, Germany, Japan, the UK, and other countries, continuously meeting enterprise needs.

Measurement and calibration of the geometric dimensions of molds, mechanical plastic parts, and specialized measuring tools

Currently, our company owns high-precision length measuring machines and image measuring machines. Geometric dimension testing of mechanical parts, plastics, and specialized measuring tools has been performed and has met AOSC evaluation standards. We are dedicated to providing spatial dimension and shape tolerance inspection services for machined products, while giving appropriate assessments for customers’ production requirements.
