The thermal laboratory is equipped with key standard devices such as standard platinum resistance thermometers, precision thermostatic baths, high-precision dew point measurement devices, temperature and humidity test chambers, high-precision temperature and humidity data acquisition devices, wireless data loggers, blackbody calibration sources, process calibration equipment, etc. The measured parameters include temperature, humidity, radiation temperature, dew point temperature, and other related parameters.

Common projects carried out include various types of thermometers, temperature sensors, secondary temperature measurement devices, thermal testing equipment, radiation thermometers (infrared thermometers, infrared temperature sensors, thermal imaging cameras), temperature and humidity meters, dew point measurement devices, etc.

Measurement and calibration of high, medium, and low temperatures

The company is equipped with standard platinum resistance thermometers, combined with precision thermostatic baths and dry-block calibrators, covering a temperature range from (-40 to 1200) ℃.
Projects that can be performed include: digital thermometers, temperature data acquisition devices (including probes), temperature cycling test devices (including probes), standard mercury thermometers, glass liquid thermometers, industrial glass thermometers, bimetallic thermometers, temperature sensors, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), thermocouples, etc.

Measurement and calibration of humidity

The company is equipped with high-precision chilled mirror dew point meters, combined with temperature and humidity test chambers, covering a range of: temperature (-5 to 65) ℃, relative humidity 5% to 95%, and dew point temperature (-30 to 20) ℃DP.
Projects that can be performed include: digital temperature and humidity meters, mechanical hygrometers, temperature and humidity data loggers, dew point measurement devices, humidity sensors, humidity transmitters, etc.

Measurement and calibration of secondary temperature measurement devices

The company has process calibration equipment, 5502A standard source, and 8588A reference multimeter, covering a temperature range from (-270 to 2316) ℃.

Measurement and calibration of thermal testing equipment

The company is equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity data acquisition devices, wireless data loggers, light intensity meters, and ultraviolet radiation meters, covering a range of: temperature (-100 to 450) ℃, relative humidity 0 to 100%, pressure (0 to 700) kPa, light intensity (0 to 50) klx, radiation 0 to 200 mW/cm².
