Technical Staff/Measurement Engineer

📌 Job Description:

• Perform measurement and calibration tasks according to specialization, independently completing related reports, records, and certifications.
• Draft and update professional operation guidelines.
• Assess measurement uncertainty in verification/calibration.
• Manage laboratory standard equipment (maintenance, servicing, traceability, and full documentation).
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

📌 Recruitment Requirements:

• Align with company culture and vision, possessing teamwork skills and a holistic mindset.
• Graduate from a technical college or related field.
• Proficient in office software (Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Age ≤ 35.
• Clear handwriting, strong learning and innovation ability, hardworking, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips or work at other branches as assigned.

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in using, verifying, calibrating, and repairing common measuring instruments and large measuring devices.
• Experience in metrology verification/calibration, knowledge of metrology-related fields, and possessing a National Registered Metrology Engineer or Verification Officer certificate is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025, quality management systems, metrology standards, and measurement uncertainty assessment is a plus.
• Having a driver’s license is an advantage.
• Management experience is a plus.
